Conceived by Alan Stefanato, Sasha Sunrise Baby House is an itinerant exhibition that invites artists to deal with the miniature dimension, exploring the tiny as a space for narration. The project emerges from the intersection of two experiences.

The first is a cycle of exhibitions initiated in 2020 at the Sasha Sunrise bar in Turin, where the artist transformed an everyday place into an informal exhibition environment, inviting other artists to engage with the aesthetic of amateur “bar shows”. The second is the creation of the video Don’t stress me, I’m not the Sun — developed in collaboration with Nicoletta Busto, Giulia Fossati, Jowisz80c, Moyra Shaw, and presented at Cripta 747 in March 2025, which unfolds within a domestic scenography: a small wooden house, both refuge and stage for its main protagonist.

From this imagery comes Sasha Sunrise Baby House: a travelling little house that becomes a container for small-scale artworks and a microcosm of new relationships. The Turin chapter, hosted by Barriera, marks the first stage of this ever-evolving project.
